Agile Aging's wellness-through-movement programs integrate the latest research in fall prevention, exercise physiology, geriatrics, and brain fitness in a somatic, mind-body approach to healthy living. Principles of Spacial Dynamics® movement education and movement therapy permeate our special approach for individuals, groups, and organizations.
